The editors of the European based VIDIMUS, the on-line publication, would like to know what the American stained glass community thinks of their publication.  If you haven't read any, please do.... http://www.vidimus.org/  ...and then post your comments here.  Too academic? too long?  Suggestions? Thanks.

The January issue of Vidimus is now on line. You can go directly to the home page of this issue here: http://www.vidimus.org/issue_home.html.

January’s issue includes excellent news about the preservation of an important archive of medieval stained glass; an update on a damaged panel at Lincoln Cathedral; and a sale of roundels at Christie’s. Also included are reviews of two important new publications, focusing respectively on the work of Ervin Bossanyi and the medieval stained glass of Altenburg Abbey. The Panel of the Month is from the Church of All Saints, North Moreton, Oxfordshire. This month's Feature is Königsfelden Abbey, Switzerland.
