Greetings, everyone!
I would like to take my stained glass studio to a new level and learn firing techniques. If anyone is aware of any classes or individual instructors/glass painters that are located within reasonable distance of Ft Bragg, NC ,please let me know. Any leads would be appreciated! You can email me directly at kittiastra@gmail.com

If you find no one in your area, and you are a quick study and a self learner, try this, http://www.glasspaintersmethod.com/ you may like what you see, learn at a pace that suits you and at least get started on something before taking some classes with Ken Leap in NJ.

OK, I am very confused. It looks like the website you gave me belongs to a studio located in UK. Is that right? Then who is Ken Leap from NJ you are referriung to? :))) Sorry for being thick...

Do you have anything in the beginning of 2012? I am already swamped with Xmas oders, but beginning of the year is usually slow - so it is great time for me to take classes.

Given where you are, and the schedule you have, you may have to teach yourself with use of books,( Albin Eskus?) and DVD's and internet lessons, the benefit of an organized class is that they have already un-done the bad habits you may pick up on your own, you may also learn on your own that there are no rules, get a kiln and play!

Generally, the workshop schedule is created for a calendar year. Ken updates his website early January to reflect the new schedule. I am sure he will comment as well.
Make sure you stay in close touch.

Thank you, Kathy. Please, add me to your mailing list if such exists. I do want to sign up in early 2012. Do you know what the pricing is per chance?
