There are windows signed by (Franklyn) Paris and (Frederick) Wiley at the Detroit Public Library and Fountain Street Church in Grand Rapids, MI.  However, initial research shows these 2 men seemed to be more interior designers than stained glass fabricators, and in the NY area.  Paris seems to have been involved in art organizations, and a competent writer.  The windows are all signed "Paris & Wiley, NY".
Does anyone have some information on them, stained glass or whatever.  Thanks.

Check the The House That Love Built by Mr. Paris. He talks about the Detroit Public Library, but to what extent I don't know.
