For a variety of reasons, I have been looking for mentions of Jean Barillet.....French stained glass artist.
Apparently his studio fabricated about 16 tall windows for a now closed synagogue in Saginaw, Michigan that were boxed up and will now be available for use in a newer synagogue nearby.....meeting with an architect,... and the daughter of the man who ordered and designed the windows......I will see these windows in early September to study their condition.

Hi Barbara, Too bad Robert Pinart is not around anymore as he had worked with Barillet... that is why he knew so much about slab glass... Miss him...
