While looking for information about Stephen Bridges (1909-1977), this online article seemed interesting to pass it on to the readers......it is a 2011 newsletter from the Connick Foundation.

The late Michigan stained glass artist Margaret Cavanaugh states in her archives at MSU Museum (which I looked at yesterday) that she studied with Bridges......so had to be in Cincinnati where he was, and she lived near there.

It's good to see some attention being paid to Carl Paulson!

In addition to his work-of-record noted in the articles cited, he was an important local figure during the craft revival of the late 1960's & into the 1970's.
