st. glass windows in a church in Littleton, New Hampshire....they are saying one of the windows is a Tiffany......comments??

Not a great photo, so it’s very difficult to tell. But my initial thought is NO.
Not a Tiffany.
I wish there were better images or close ups.

The 14 Dec 1901 Congregationalist and Christian World says (p. 947) that the Madonna window is by Redding, Baird and Co:

(Hope that link works, being in the UK, I have to get at this stuff via a "proxy".)

I contacted the church back in 2013 about this window but couldn't figure out at that time who had made it, so I will contact them again with this information.
