Lamberts recently posted sample images of their mouthblown antique on their website. They gave me permission to gather the sample photos into folders and distribute them as jpgs and Adobe pattern files. You can get the zipped-up libraries from http://www.burtglass.com/patterns
The pattern files need to be placed in the correct folder to make visible in Photoshop. If you need any help with that, please let me know. If you use a Mac we can confuse each other because I am not Macpotent.
The jpgs should be usable somehow in glasseye or most any design tool I would think.

Yes, they are usable in GlassEye and as soon as Joseph 2bears comes along and reminds me how, I will do it.

Very easy Rebecca! Download and unzip the file Don so kindly gave to us. Put this file where you can find it. You will now have a file folder labeled "Lamberts Sample Set" that contains all the subfolders Don organized the images into.
The easiest way to do this is to rename this new file folder to simply "Lamberts" before we import it into the Glass Eye "Glass" folder.
I use the explore function in XP. I presume Vista and/or Windows 7 have the same thing. Find the dragonfly folder and expand to Glass Eye, expand again until you see a folder labeled "Glass". Now locate your "Lamberts" folder and drag it into the "Glass" folder.
That's it! It's that easy! If you open the glass folder you will see all the subfolders for each manufacturer. The Lambert's folder should be there. If you open each subfolder you will see all the sub-subfolders for how each has organized the glass images. At the bottom you will see a TXT file. That is where all the descriptive info, and cost info you enter is stored.
If you open Glass Eye and a design window, select an unused color button, then select the glass tab. "Lamberts" should show up in the glass selector window. As you use an image add descriptive text and cost info in the boxes that show up in the glass tab when an image is selected. That will build your TXT file over time.
If you already have a Lamberts folder in your Glass Eye glass folder, then open Don's unzipped folder and drag the new subfolders into the Lamberts folder. Some years ago I had created a Lamberts folder in mine and downloaded slected images from the Lamberts website for glass I was using at the time.
