I typically construct a form to match the radius which the panel is then built on, both concave and convex. Plywood spines cut with the corresponding radius, offset the thickness of the top layer which you'll want to use special bending plywood. It is available to us locally in 4x8 sheets, either barrel or column configuration. This makes assembly and cementing of your panel relatively the same as if it were flat.
